Please read these Refund & Returns Policy carefully before using the https://www.historichouse.ca website (the “Service”) operated by Historic House Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Overview
We offer an exchange or store credit on items purchased if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. Our exchange and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchanges or store credit cannot be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or pickup.
- Gift cards.
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 134 Old Hastings Road, Warkworth, Ontario, K0K3K0.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If wish to exchange your item or use store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
